Hi,thanks for this though i have a diffrent problem. When i take my battery out my blackberry it reboots oviesly though when it reaches a finish it only stays still similar to a frozen. greatfully assistance i canot operate my blackberry right away as well as i have took my betery out a couple of times as well as a same thing hapens. greatfully help, appreciate you. plese reply to criticism appreciate you>
